Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page — current pre-orders are expected to ship mid-November 2026.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) Standard shipping: €6.95, free on orders of €55 or more. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

EU Shipping Standard shipping: €12.00. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for Western Europe; 5–10 business days for Eastern and Southern Europe.

International Shipping Standard shipping: €14.00. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Customs & Import Duties For EU orders, VAT is included in the price at checkout. International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
